Incredible potential to bring greater value to customers and real innovation to the market. Great changes made since 2004. Enormous opportunity to be a true leader.
Cons
Bureaucratic. Unable to reinvent itself, break free of past and really shift old paradigms. A lot is said that is good but the actions do not seem to go far enough.
