Pros

Very friendly team who are more than happy to help each other. It can be really intimidating coming into a new workplace where firstly you don't know anybody and in my case knew nothing about the industry! The team genuinely couldn't be happier to help me settle in and help me learn the ropes. The management really take into account each individual's journey and where they want to go - some may be more admin focused some more sales focused - at Haybrook IT you really can create your own path - which is very rare! I personally really like the fact that if you are on target you can have flexibility around your working hours - which means the work/life balance is really taken into consideration here.

Cons

Location not ideal if you do not drive as its out the countryside (however easy parking/access if you do) If you are not used to pressure then it can be a difficult environment. Its a essentially a target focused role - so you have to be prepared to go above and beyond to make things happen. You have to be able to face rejection and pick yourself up and onto the next target. Not sure if these are cons!?! More of an honest opinion into what needs to be done to succeed.

Pros

A company that rewards loyalty and supports you if you do well Benefits list recently re-done, now includes your birthday off, a chance for extra holiday days, social events, team building events, charity tuck-shop, flexible hours, great commission schemes Good training and development, clear career progression and they believe in promoting from within, everyone has individual career plans, they now have transparent salary brackets with scope for progression before promotions, detailed job and person specs, monthly reviews, salary reviews Nice office atmosphere People that are here now are nice Supports the local tech community by sponsoring and attending tech meet-ups in the area

Cons

Remote office so no local amenities or anywhere onsite for lunch Holds on to staff too long when underperforming, perhaps too nice in that respect Internet connection is a bit frustrating as out in the countryside Technology is being refreshed now, but definitely needs to be slicker
