It was a good company, good training

Not many I can think of

They pay decent starting out as a leasing consultant and many opportunities to advance quickly in the company. Just be sure to make good relationship with everyone in leadership so they know who you are.

The turn over is extremely high so you can never get too comfortable with who you are working with.
