Starting at communication, we recently rolled out a standard weekly "Townhall" meeting for every property. In addition, to create a feeling of openness and reciprocity between team members and management, we plan to share the property's financial results. We agree it is important for all team members to see behind the curtain and be included in the business strategy acumen.

The only positive is they pay well but only if you can qualify for the bonuses.

Cons

I’ve never experienced such a toxic work environment in my career. The company is run by a VP who fosters a culture of fear and intimidation. Rather than encouraging collaboration and growth, they belittle employees and create a highly stressful atmosphere. Constructive feedback is rare, and any mistakes, no matter how minor, are met with public humiliation. It’s difficult to perform well when you’re constantly walking on eggshells, unsure of when the next blow will come. Unfortunately, this behavior seems to be tolerated, if not endorsed, at the highest levels. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy, positive work environment. Avoid if you value respect, professionalism or any type of work life balance in the workplace.
