Pros
The only "pro" about the company is remembering what it could have been before the leadership ran it into the ground.
Cons
The pile of cons is growing by the day. The workplace is a toxic environment driven by high-level nepotism. Top management frequently displays inadequate behavior. They have absolutely no idea how to run the business they are supposed to be leading. Unsurprisingly, the workers feel insecure, and the vast majority are secretly looking for a way out. The management's actual output seems to be 90% endless talk and 10% weird decisions that baffle the staff. The company has suffered through a race of 3 CEOs in just 3 years. This complete lack of direction has led to significant financial losses, forcing the board to make cuts. There is a constant leapfrog of high-level officers. Once new executives arrive and understand the absolute mess they've stepped into, they are gone in a matter of months. To make things even worse, the solution they are providing is constantly failing. Clients are turning elsewhere due to serious security troubles. The company is in a state of non-stop crisis, and it definitely won't get any better.
