Pros
- Flexible timing, so you can find time for everything else in your life as well
- Is a start-up, so nobody stops you from experimenting (and yes, messing up some times)
- Has experienced, knowledgable people who are not afraid to go out of their way
- People are majorly under 40, so there aren't a lot of discrepancies in thought process. Again, since they're so young, there is no authoritative manner of tackling problems. There are always discussions.
- Young executives are called to super serious meetings and suggestions are actually considered
Cons
- Some people like gossip, but that's kinda the scenario everywhere
- You NEED to focus and develop yourself. Since the company's relatively new, nobody holds your hand and guides you specifically. Everyone cares a lot, so they will tell you whatever you need to know.
