Thank you for this review and feedback, and for your service as an Engagement Leader these past nearly four years! You occupy such a critical client-facing role, often as the primary face of Health Catalyst to our clients. Your work is critical, and it is sincerely appreciated and it makes a difference. I agree with your constructive feedback and advice as well -- we need to do a good job of keeping up with demand from a hiring perspective, and we got a little behind earlier this year, which caused some extra load on existing team members. I apologize for this. I also appreciate the constant need for balance between short-term performance and long-term focus on client success and team member engagement. I appreciate our bonus structure encouraging us to never lose sight of both short-term and longer-term goals in that regard. I'm thrilled we can keep the same companywide bonus framework moving forward, including for this specific reason -- that it helps us keep this balanced point of view.
