Pros

Work-Life Balance, Top order Management is good, hybrid work culture. Well Known player in US Healthcare, It's Actually a Product base company that has its own in-house framework. DevOps adopted, well automated process flow for integrated Jobs and related segments in building artifacts. They do follow strict Agile, with all scrum activities are followed.

Cons

As a new joiner, it was not that all easy to quickly adapt to the code and the process, they have this planned role out for the product version at every cycle you have to get align. This Could be quite personal, but there is always a question how much you are aligned and would love the Healthcare domain, It could be sometimes hard for one to derive logics on the understanding basis, find this quite difficult sometimes to get deep into the domain. You need to run behind and heavily depend on the Product team that could be very difficult.

Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Remote work is the only Pro left

Cons

Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before. Culture = gone Mission = gone Health care benefits= the bare minimum Parental leave= reduced Office= cold, stale, uninviting Summer fridays = gone PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements Bonus= reduced Layoffs = constant
