HealthEdge has great benefits and cares about their people! As a direct result from employee engagement surveys, the company has implemented recharge days over the summer. When employees commented on how difficult it was to disconnect in the remote world, leadership responded with this great perk. This is much better than additional vacation days because it’s company-wide and allows people to disconnect without having to worry about what they are missing. We also have volunteer days, a flexible work schedule and hybrid work environment. As a parent of young children these benefits are so crucial. Having a company that cares for their employees makes me want to show up and give my all every day! Employees are passionate about their work which has resulted in an award-winning product.
