Pros

Culture, culture, culture. No culture is perfect, but this company thrives on a positive culture and commitment to the internal team and customers like i have not felt at prior organizations.

Cons

The company is based in Utah and has acquired a larger organization that is more diverse in many ways. Need more larger-scale thinking and being open to broader employee base needs.

Thank you for your review of HealthEquity on Glassdoor. And yes, no culture is perfect. Perfection sounds a little boring - but the journey towards excellence is surely engaging. We have many opportunities to learn, grow, and enhance our culture through that "larger-scale" thinking. It's true. We are grateful to have many team members and leaders located throughout the nation committed and working towards this. Makes for exciting time ahead. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
