they are good at processes - everytime a process breaks its not the management fault its the fault of the emplyee that too at the lowest level. Hat's of to the negligence of CEO who brings about the changes in management every 4 months. Every time a new Guy comes and every one starts working with a new ideology. Simply awesome. well I am trying harder to leave the organization as earliest as possible - You do not think about joining it. Just for your information - it has already revoked technology offers from DCE, NSIT and Bits Pilani. Every weekend I struggle hard and no sense of appreciation I receive except one Pizza party - I strongly feel things like this happen when there is no value and healthkart is no longer a technology driven company its majore revenue comes from Brands offline sale. and that is going to continue. So, engineers think hundred times before joining this organization. Lot of my friends have already resigned and I am too finding a way out.
