This organisation really turned upside down in last few months,and that from average to becoming the one of the worst in the industry. THIS IS NOT AT ALL TECH DRIVEN COMPANY. ZERO LEARNING. Because there are no experienced seniors left. You will find a few experienced employees there, but those are the guys who have really worked hard to be there BY JUST TAKING CREDIT OF FELLOW TEAM MEMBERS & pushing the deserved ones down. You will notice many guys there who themselves dont do a single productive thing all the day but will come in limelight by just sending a mail to the fellow team members asking for the status of the work done for the day and the important thing they will put their bosses in CC just to show them that they are the ones who are driving the organisation. Talking about Cons --- Project Manager -- the gems of Healthkart, they dont have the technical knowledge ,neither do they have the product knowledge but still they are the bridge between the product team and tech team. They just oscillate between these two teams. Higher Management sucks. Technology head just copies stuff from other ecommerce sites and we still doubt who was the one to appoint him.(15 + years industry experience but still couldnt tackle those downfalls). I have a long list for this section but need to sleep. Its late.
