Pros
Company provides great support and training for their people. There is a sense of team work and community amongst the different offices. Also, synergy between corporate office and field offices consistently improves each year.
Cons
Insurance is a tough business and unfortunately not everyone will be good at selling it. Seeing friends leave because they aren't able to sell sucks.
