I joined this company when I entered this industry in 2013. This was my first career sales position and I quickly learned that my income potentials were tied directly to my own drive for success -- no salary caps and no multi-level production tiers. What I make is 100% mine. The list of Pros for this opportunity: * Recession-proof industry; clients always need professional assistance * I own 100% of my commissions and residuals * Access to nearly 275 Health, Medicare, Life and Supplemental Companies * Excellent commission structure in all business segments * Top-flight leads program heavily subsidized by the company * World class training programs for producers of all skill and experience levels * Industry-leading technology platforms and award winning sales tools * Sales tools and solutions available for every prospect encountered

Cons

* No "paid training" However, the rapid training program has most new agents writing business and earning money within the first 2 weeks of signing on * No access to carriers outside of those the company is appointed with. However, with 275+ carriers in our network, there are few companies we do not represent * Not all sales markets have branded offices to work within. However, the company is very supportive and helpful in helping agents open and maintain their own storefront office

Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
