Pros

Nice people and not heavy work load. Health insurance is completely paid by company.

Cons

Dealing with false advertising Medicare calls. You get some Legit calls that actually need and want help but more are becoming bait and switch. Started out decent but becoming more like other brokers with same food card and money back tactics. No room for growth on Medicare side.

Pros

The best training sessions I've ever had for a company. The trainer is so knowledgeable, kind, fun and made training wholesome. Once we got to the flow it was a breeze, there was a lot of help. Little less micromanaging and metrics I must say

Cons

Most CSR roles, start from Seasonal with limited opportunities for full time long-term, but you can always rehire.

Pros

- The benefits are truly exceptional—100% paid for employees and their families. That's rare. - The company is genuinely mission-driven. It’s motivating to know the work we do matters. - I'm constantly impressed by the caliber of people here. Smart, kind, collaborative. - Compensation is competitive, especially when you factor in the benefits. - I really like the people I work with. It’s a low-ego, supportive culture. - DEI isn’t just lip service. ERGs were just rolled out and people really seem invested in making the company more inclusive.

Cons

- Workload can be intense. Teams are lean and expectations are high. - It’s very startup-like. Frequent pivots based on changing business needs, which can be tiring. - PTO is solid at 4 weeks, but I do wish we had unlimited or a few more weeks. - Holiday policy feels stingy: half days for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, no day off after Thanksgiving. Would love to see the company shut down between Christmas and New Year’s.
