I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience during your time at HFD. When it comes to Leadership, we have some room to grow like anyone else. We are continuously looking for ways to enhance employee satisfaction. We recently rolled out the EPIC program and are focusing on our employees' well-being. We know that HFD is a great place to work, and we are working hard to be even better, and although this won't happen overnight, we already see the shift in a positive direction here at HFD.
