**I would like to point out, the 5-star reviews for this company posted in August are contrived. Management specifically asked the workers to generate positive feedback on this page due to concerns about its true rating and directed them not to post true feelings about the company** This company's product is promising, however, it will likely remain relatively small due to poor management and a lack of basic processes. Higher-ups deflect and have no sense of accountability, and do not care to address constant issues until it is too late. I witnessed an unusually large amount of arguments ensue with various individuals at the company. Many exude an immense amount of passive aggressiveness toward others and make sly comments about others. This company will taut their "amazing work environment", but it is all a sham. This has been the worst company and set of people I have dealt with.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience during your time at HFD. When it comes to Leadership, we have some room to grow like anyone else. We are continuously looking for ways to enhance employee satisfaction. We recently rolled out the EPIC program and are focusing on our employees' well-being. We know that HFD is a great place to work, and we are working hard to be even better, and although this won't happen overnight, we already see the shift in a positive direction here at HFD. Horrible! Half of management had zero business being in their position! I have seen them treat people way more qualified like crap moving supervisors to lower positions with no explanation. Rather than firing a supervisor who was mistreating employees just moved them to another department. Promoting their friends, changing rules and not telling anyone. Charging customers fees and extra payments wnd then telling reps to not say anything unless the customer brings it up. Then they lay off employees without any advance notice! Do not apply!
