Pros
Nothing that I can think of
Cons
1. You're literally bought by the company, not hired. While working with the company, you need to forget your family, yourself and even your personal needs like using a washroom in between work. The work is so hectic and stupid and there is zero work life balance. 2. It's a sales based company, even if you're at the top of your game in your area of health and nutrition, they will only respect you if you complete their monthly sales targets. If you don't, they will make your life a living hell. 3. This company has zero respect for its employees, their only concern is that their monthly targets and ratings are met. So even if you give your best service to a client, and still the client did not enjoy using the app, the company will be after you to forcefully get the bad ratings re-rated. 4. There's no place for growth in nutrition in this company. Most senior coaches here have only done short diplomas and certifications, so your 5-6 years of hard work in getting a bachelors and masters degree is useless here. 5. The entire nutrition database is wrong, and God knows they follow which reference for calculation of nutritional value of foods. So you're sort of fooling your own clients in a way. 6. Their incentive slabs keep changing randomly. So at the end of the month, you're not even sure that you will be paid for the extra efforts that you made in generating revenue for the company. 7. High level of politics, your TL will only listen to you if you finish your monthly targets, otherwise she will make it a point to actually such your blood, until its done. 8. No set of proper planning and management principles. Instead of working on improving the existing old technologies, they rather focus on adding new jobs to further worsen your experience. For example the coaches are forced to use the same heavy dashboard that was developed in 2012. Using it is a pathetic experience, it is very slow, calls don't go properly, planning diet plans becomes too hectic. 9. Total invasion of your privacy. You're always expected to be connected with your clients as well as your superiors through WhatsApp.
