Work load: Due to the small size of the company relative to its large ambition, there can be times where what is asked of you as an employee can be quite a lot. With smaller companies comes less succession planning and there can be transitory periods where you might be the only employee that knows how to do a critical task. So whilst you may work some long hours to make sure things get out the door, you'll do it as a team and when you finish, you finish with a true sense of collective pride.
