Talented coworkers overshadowed by toxic leadership and layoffs - Anonymous employee Heartbeat Employee Review

Agree with another reviewer here- Publicis drained any soul that Heartbeat had left, the remaining culture is nonexistent, low morale, brutal layoffs of full time staff while hiring offshore workers, and normalized burnout. Just bad. I am so glad I left and can see the sunshine again.
