The CEO. WOW. Just flat out wow. This guy is an absolute trip. Encouraging employees to write dishonest reviews, miss-lead kickstarter backers, investors. There are zero limitations as to how far he will go. The goal is to pump the market and continue to show sales while securing outside investor money, or using his own money. All along the way, treating people like disposable garbage with no regard for the employees or people he works with. Vendors alike, he expects to be treated as a god like figure without any degree of mutual understanding in what respect is. The reviews you see on here are questionable at best and a continuation of propping up the 12 year long "future of water heating" while defrauding everyone (including himself) along the way.
Read the comments on the company's kickstarter(s). It's a true tell all as to how things are going. The product is not real, it does not exist and what aspects of it do exist are so over exaggerated it makes it difficult to handle customer expectations.
