Pros
The creative projects. There are many nice projects going on with many interesting clients and brands, there is a good mix of everything for many types of industries, such as Telecommunications, music, food, fashion, sports, among others... So you can be very creative with many projects, which is good, because you are not boxed in one category, which sometimes can be tiring. There's a good balance of everything, the creative freedom is appreciated, and it feels rewarding when you see your projects live.
My colleagues are very talented, and they are always willing to help each other with technical stuff. The Creative Director is very experienced; he has a clear vision of what he wants and how he wants it. At the beginning, I thought he was fuzzy, but over time, I learned that the little details matter on a project, and I appreciate the feedback, which could be tough, but helped me improve my technical skills.
The office is a creative space with high-quality equipment and is professionally set up.
Cons
Location, although it is not far from the City Centre, getting by bus could be a bit tiring, and the neighbourhood is not the best.
For some people, who are not ready to hear constructive feedback on the project you are working on could be hard, but once you learn to handle it, you will realise your work improves.
