Very rude creative director, who doesn’t know how to handle people, time pressure or deadlines. All of the above reflect very badly on the quality of the work and the mental health of the whole working environment.
The creative director improperly overshares parts of his private and personal life that employees should not have to listen to on a daily basis.
He also seems to have no boundaries whatsoever between his private and working life. He thinks that people working for him are interested in the company as much as he is. He expects people to go above and beyond on literally every single thing, without of course giving anything in return.
The office looks nice at first glance, but it’s dirty and it never gets cleaned up properly. If it is clean, it means that the creative director made his employees clean it for him.
Sadly, the area where the office is located is very far from the city, it’s hard to get to it if you don’t have a car. If you rely on public transportation be aware of the area, it's very unsafe when it gets dark.
In the end, I feel like this and all the rest of the reviews I've seen on this website are self-explanatory. If you value your mental health or even just you'd like to be treated as a human being and not being bullied day in day out, don't go near this company and his creative director.
