1.Zero work life balance, they do not care if it's Sunday morning or you're on vacation, everyone thinks that it is completely ok to call you at night or at dusk of dawn. 2.ZERO work ethics, you will be constantly yelled at for things that weren't your fault and you can not fight back, otherwise you will get into bigger troubles. 3.Everyone is severely underpaid except those people who are buddy-buddies with the ceo. If that's not your case you will be surviving of of 30k after taxes. 4.They can promise you anything but after sometime they take their words back even if you have documented everything. It's your word against their. 5.The hierarchy in the company is extremely messed up, people on higher positions are completely unsuitable for such roles. Majority of them are illiterate and unprofessional.
