      - low entry threshold - simple interview format - Documents (full-fledged contract, comprehensive processing)

      - poor onboarding - additional responsibilities that were not mentioned at the start of the program - irregular working hours - low pay - micromanagement and inconsistent communication - unecological attitude towards employees - no remote or hybrid format - customer dishonesty - not adhering to the values stated on the website - discriminatory tendencies

      Easy to join easy to leave

      They don't know how to interact with people. I saw 10-15 people come and work free for 15 days and leave because of their worst system. I was amazed it was like an Asian fish market they shouted and chopped on the table and had no manners at all. The salary is very low and they use employees as slaves even though they don't care about European work rules they start at 7.45 and end at 17.00 with an hour break so we work 8 hours plus and no paid break Really disgusting system.
