      Pros

      Opportunity to work with talented people (Not Management ).

      Cons

      Lack of direction, no product to sell. Cero accountability to executive's decisions. Very poor top management. Risk of loosing your job in a couple of weeks. Changing direction every two weeks. They moved CFO as CEO and now the company is worse.

      Pros

      Leadership and HR are continuously trying to improve the employee experience. Though difficult at times, there have been many successes on the culture and employee experience side.

      Cons

      A few sour folks can easily destroy a companies culture.
