Pros

I'm so sorry I don't see one anymore. Maybe paid port to port. But Im starting to think this is not even benefit here anymore.

Cons

Everything I was a happy camper until Helios took over on May 1st. I made good money over a year with ACS and felt respected and enjoyed working. However, when Helios came in, they turned the whole company upside down, which made me sad and disappointed. Run away guys. That's only advise I can give you. There's a lot of companies out there you will be respected and trusted what you do. Helio will not give you that. Yes, the pay is good. Do you want to keep working here when your coworkers are constantly getting fired and quitting? The money you make will be the same in your account at any other company. Please think twice. May HVAC god bring justice to these people.

Pros

You have a job and steady pay

Cons

If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like an actual human being, keep scrolling—this isn’t it. This company will reduce you down to nothing more than a number on a spreadsheet, and they make zero effort to hide it. Management is constantly hovering, micromanaging every little thing like they don’t trust anyone to do the job they were hired for. There’s no real room to grow here either. Raises? Don’t count on it. You’ll be doing more work over time for the same pay, while they dangle the idea of “opportunity” in front of you with nothing to back it up. And bonuses? Laughable. About $400 a year—barely enough to make a dent in anything, and definitely not worth the stress and pressure they pile on. Morale is low, turnover is high, and it’s pretty obvious why. People don’t leave jobs like this for no reason. If you value your time, your sanity, and your paycheck, you’re better off finding somewhere that actually respects their employees.
