AMS, now known as Helios, performed a hostile takeover of Advanced Climate Solutions. They destroyed the culture and trust legacy ACS employees had in their company, and slapped technicians in the face by giving them a 50 cent raise. They do not value their employees, but treat them like second class citizens whose input or opinions do not matter.

I'm so sorry I don't see one anymore. Maybe paid port to port. But Im starting to think this is not even benefit here anymore.

Cons

Everything I was a happy camper until Helios took over on May 1st. I made good money over a year with ACS and felt respected and enjoyed working. However, when Helios came in, they turned the whole company upside down, which made me sad and disappointed. Run away guys. That's only advise I can give you. There's a lot of companies out there you will be respected and trusted what you do. Helio will not give you that. Yes, the pay is good. Do you want to keep working here when your coworkers are constantly getting fired and quitting? The money you make will be the same in your account at any other company. Please think twice. May HVAC god bring justice to these people.
