How I wish I had taken on board more seriously the negative reviews before deciding to join this toxic toxic company. Particularly a review that highlighted how the company had left the reviewers mental health in shambles. At the time I thought to myself, what at all could have transpired to leave someone so mentally affected by a company. I suppose I presumed my story would be different. LITTLE DID I KNOW. MY GOODNESS! This is such a toxic toxic toxic and discriminatory company and environment. Toxic culture that encourages working above and beyond with zero recognition and if you dare attempt to stand up for yourself, you're crushed and crushed and crushed some more until there's nothing left of you for the company and it's toxic leaders to crush. Very very very discriminatory against minorities especially black minorities. Your voice is blatantly ignored with no one to back you up. You either shut up and deal with it or leave either. At the time of joining there were SOOOO many people leaving EVERYTIME and I wondered what is going on here? I couldn't understand UNTIL THE REALITY SET IN and I saw the company for what it truly is. Avoid this company if you treasure your sanity, your mental health and wellbeing and the essence of your being and more especially if you are a minority. Discrimination is on display and your voice will not be taken into account as that of your white counterparts. Take the negative reviews very very very very very serious because its exactly the reality.
