      Pros

      Incredibly supportive work environment. Naveen sir is always available to guide you. Never felt like I was figuring things out alone. The Friday fun meetings are something I genuinely looked forward to every week. Team is small, highly selective, and that shows in the quality of everyone you work with. The IOW cash awards were a great motivator and felt genuinely earned, not ceremonial.

      Cons

      Remote working means a very little chance to interact with colleagues face to face. The team camaraderie is strong online but you do occasionally miss that in-person energy.

      The learning curve here is steep in the best way. You grow as an educator very fast because the standards are high and Naveen sir actively mentors you. Honorable mention awards gave real recognition to effort, not just outcomes. The selection process for joining is rigirous. Less than 10% get through. So, the team dynamic is excellent. Everyone pulls their weight.

      Cons

      It's a fully remote setup right now, so you don't get to meet colleagues in person very often.

      What makes Hello Study Global different is the mentorship. Naveen sir doesn't just assign you students and disappear-he checks in, gives feedback, and is genuinely invested in your development as a coach. The team is tight-knit because the hiring bar is very high. Proud to be part of a group that was selected out of so many applicants.

      Cons

      It's fully online so spontaneous team interactions don't really happen. You have to be self motivated to stay connected.
