Pros
Incredibly supportive work environment. Naveen sir is always available to guide you. Never felt like I was figuring things out alone. The Friday fun meetings are something I genuinely looked forward to every week. Team is small, highly selective, and that shows in the quality of everyone you work with. The IOW cash awards were a great motivator and felt genuinely earned, not ceremonial.
Cons
Remote working means a very little chance to interact with colleagues face to face. The team camaraderie is strong online but you do occasionally miss that in-person energy.
