      Nice team and good environment

      Cons

      Remuneration below the market and no career plan existed, not meant for long-term. The company does not look for the best for their employees. Even if you put in years of effort, you will be rewarded with the bare minimum, or less, and never appreciated.

      Flexible hours One or two days a month allowed to work from home.

      Cons

      Manipulative management Low wages Empty promises Unfriendly environment Managers will actually ask you to your face to automate your own job as much as possible then fire you. Mass employee dismissal leading to overworked remaining employees. Desperate to replace employees with AI. More meetings than solutions.
