      Pros

      Great working environment and culture, approachable management, independent working/left to your own devices, rewarding job when you put the work in. Everyone has to work to meet their target but it certainly doesn't fall into a 'sharky sales job'. Decent and achievable commission structure, flexible working and the people are spot on

      Cons

      It could become monotonous but once you realise a large part of the job is training/re-training clients this becomes second nature and you soon find enjoyment in checking in with clients, as with anything, you do build a lot of good relationships

      Great flexible culture and environment - transparency and autonomy are shown to employees Hybrid work - good location when in the office Friendly open and honest management Consistent commission Job satisfaction

      There could be further opportunity for progression but this will naturally happen as the company grows which it is doing

      Pros

      Exciting time of growth, friendly colleagues, interesting product and market, a lot of new features to implement

      Cons

      Slowly developing to be able to compete with other businesses as an employer regarding benefits, but not quite there yet, there is a lot of tech debt
