Great working environment and culture, approachable management, independent working/left to your own devices, rewarding job when you put the work in. Everyone has to work to meet their target but it certainly doesn't fall into a 'sharky sales job'. Decent and achievable commission structure, flexible working and the people are spot on
Cons
It could become monotonous but once you realise a large part of the job is training/re-training clients this becomes second nature and you soon find enjoyment in checking in with clients, as with anything, you do build a lot of good relationships

Slowly developing to be able to compete with other businesses as an employer regarding benefits, but not quite there yet, there is a lot of tech debt
