Exciting time of growth, friendly colleagues, interesting product and market, a lot of new features to implement
Cons
Slowly developing to be able to compete with other businesses as an employer regarding benefits, but not quite there yet, there is a lot of tech debt

A very welcoming and supportive company/ team of people, the type of working environment where you can ask the 'stupid' questions and openly discuss issues with the wider team.
Cons
The office itself isn't very accessible, the only entrance is accessed by multiple set of stairs.
