Exciting time of growth, friendly colleagues, interesting product and market, a lot of new features to implement
Cons
Slowly developing to be able to compete with other businesses as an employer regarding benefits, but not quite there yet, there is a lot of tech debt

Pros
Flat management structure, the leadership team aren't scared to get their hands dirty and pitch in. A growing company with room for progression. A friendly & welcoming team. Fair salary and commission structures with annual reviews. Good mix of hard work and social activities. Good flexibility - 2 days per week working from home and 3 days office based. Great to be part of a driven, ambitious team who are all working for the same goal.

3 flights of stairs to get to the office - good for getting your steps in though!
