Can be challenging at times

Flexible hours, opportunity to wear many hats and learn skills, and resume paper at the printer.

Most of current and former upper management is not qualified to hold the positions they do (HR, Directors of a few departments, etc.), which has left the company in the hands of a bunch of yahoos. Misappropriated funds, unqualified management, illegal/unethical practices, and lack of appreciation for their employees are just a few thoughts that come to mind.
