Great Product and Concept.

Cons

Lack of Direction. Extremely somber environment. Bankruptcy I believe led to “labor efficiency “ aka lay-offs.

Pros

Flexible hours, opportunity to wear many hats and learn skills, and resume paper at the printer.

Cons

Most of current and former upper management is not qualified to hold the positions they do (HR, Directors of a few departments, etc.), which has left the company in the hands of a bunch of yahoos. Misappropriated funds, unqualified management, illegal/unethical practices, and lack of appreciation for their employees are just a few thoughts that come to mind.

Small company that allows for gaining experience within multiples areas of the company. Great people to work with. Work for a company that creates products that help to save lives.
