      Casual environment Excellent co-workers Not many pros as it is very stressful to work with no guidance from the owner of the business

      The team is incredible. Everyone wants to work together well and get to the common goal. It's ownership that causes the problems.

      chronic mismanagement—6-9 month delays, dehumanizing treatment, and refusal to pay living wages—undermines everything. The owner, Shannon Henry, is knowledgeable but avoids accountability while prioritizing personal luxuries—cars, vacations, RVs—over staff welfare.
