Casual environment
Excellent co-workers
Not many pros as it is very stressful to work with no guidance from the owner of the business
Cons
No leadership
Unsanitary environment - metal dust everywhere
No place to eat lunch that is clean
Crowded office space with no way to keep financial data secure from other employees
Excellent coworkers (although morale is often brought down by management)
Cons
Management is clueless on the proper way to run a company. It is impossible for your employees to follow your leadership when they are constantly gossiped about. There were several instances where private information that was shared with management behind closed doors was shared openly around the company.
Offices/work areas are dirty and unkempt, management is too cheap to hire a cleaning service.
No HR department.
Owner only cares about how much money he can get from a customer rather than delivering quality service/product.
Shannon Henry, the owner is full of empty promises. I was hired to work on a draw. After 6 months, I exceeded my draw and was due for a large commission check. After months of being put off and told I was going to get paid, I brought it to management's attention that I was owed $20,000 in commission. I was immediately terminated at this point. Later I found out that this happened to several people.
