Pros

Getting to provide care to families that need care

Cons

Since the pandemic I have been treated as a number. I have had my schedule changed multiple times in less than a week. There is no transparency. I am working harder and getting paid less. Complaints are treated as "not being a team player". I feel invisible. The company doesn't care that they are burning us out. The ceo thinks he's a motivational speaker but it's just to hear himself talk. I have zero confidence that this company will survive covid-19 because Josh and Mark only care about the "little bosses" who can't be seen. Care about your actual employees, the ones that are working 10-11 hr days and weekends and burning the candle at both ends and taking pay cuts. The kids will get the care they need, but not if you burn out your doctors and technicians. Actions speak louder than empty words. Do not recommend this company.
