Thank you for your feedback. At Hero Practice Services, we are lucky to have such a strong mission of caring for underserved children in our communities. While I am new to the company, I believe in our mission and work to live it every day. Communication, accountability, and building a strong team are our highest priorities. This is something I am committed to building in my short time here and will continue to focus on every day. We are optimistic that we are well-positioned to achieve these aims and build the culture Hero Practice Services employees deserve. I thank you again for your feedback and welcome any other thoughts you’d like to share. Feel free to email me at joshua.gwinn@herodvo.com. Very respectfully, Josh

Pros

The company helps underserved youth

Cons

New leadership team is replacing existing leadership with nearly exclusively people who have worked with past CEO at Pacific Dental Services. Teammates aren't getting feedback, just being replaced.

Pros

Getting to provide care to families that need care

Cons

Since the pandemic I have been treated as a number. I have had my schedule changed multiple times in less than a week. There is no transparency. I am working harder and getting paid less. Complaints are treated as "not being a team player". I feel invisible. The company doesn't care that they are burning us out. The ceo thinks he's a motivational speaker but it's just to hear himself talk. I have zero confidence that this company will survive covid-19 because Josh and Mark only care about the "little bosses" who can't be seen. Care about your actual employees, the ones that are working 10-11 hr days and weekends and burning the candle at both ends and taking pay cuts. The kids will get the care they need, but not if you burn out your doctors and technicians. Actions speak louder than empty words. Do not recommend this company.
