      Pros

      - Work life balance is 2.5 stars depending on team and hybrid options - Flexible timings (but not remote or hybrid ) - depending on team can be great work environment - One of my best experiences as i found despite the startups things were structured - Timely payment of salary - HR & Account department are very helpful for SDE and Faculties as far I have been able to see these two dept. only -

      Cons

      - Work in office (not a concrete hybrid policy ) - Some working weekends - Air purifier should be available in delhi for everyone regardless if he is a CEO , CTO or an employee . The HR did took up the suggestion and this initiative which was good but process was slow .
