Pros

I'm struggling to think of one. The only good thing is the Hero suffix to the company though it in no way means we are related to the parent group or have their ethics.

Cons

- CEO lacks leadership skills, does not have command over his workforce. Listening to him talk will drain whatever little energy and enthusiasm you have, not motivate you. - Headless Head of Business is on a mission to ruin this company. Inflated revenue figures, zero people skills, no sense of strategy or forward thinking. He's only here to do his own PR by hosting 10 webinars a week. Will never get on calls during normal work hours because he's busy trading. Will expect you to work after 7/8 pm when he wakes up. - Head of HR knows the culture is bad, acknowledges it, but refuses to do anything about it to save her own job. - Lack basic skills to run a company with offices in multiple locations. This company will never grow out of NCR.

Pros

No Pros, Similar to every second edtech in the market.

Cons

The company is unregistered, leaving employees unable to seek financial aid. They exploit employees to the point where their mental and physical health deteriorates. There's no flexible work culture, and managers lack manners. There's no organized structure for leave applications and other procedures. The company operates in a manner reminiscent of an unorganized entity.(Lala company). No timely payment of incentives. Overall, this company is a disappointment under the well recognised group it belongs to.

Pros

There are no Pros working with his company.

Cons

1. The company fosters a hostile atmosphere, with top management often treating employees disrespectfully, akin to servitude. 2. The company maintains a hire-and-fire policy, keeping employees in constant fear of sudden termination. 3. Work-life balance is non-existent, with the expectation of working additional hours after regular shifts and on weekends, all without acknowledgment or gratitude. 4. The company's HR policies are so deplorable that employees inevitably feel remorseful about their association with the organization.
