Pros

Good benefits package and company vehicle provided.

Cons

The area manager didn't support the managers. The CSRs ran the location, not the managers because the area manager allowed it to happen. The pay seems decent at first, but when you calculate your hours worked divided by your salary, you're making less than the hourly employees who put in 40 hours a week. As a location manager you will work 55-65 hours per week with NO work/life balance. No schedule flexibility and expect to work EVERY weekend for the first five or six years. HR appeared to be concerned but would dismiss any claims as bogus and would not support the managers. It's a shame, as this company could have a great environment at this location if they would get rid of the area manager and hire someone who supports the location managers.

Pros

Great place to work in tandem with other professionals in your trade, always had a feeling of "family" working alongside my peers. We come together when times are tough, this is very rewarding,

Cons

The current economic and geopolitical spectrum have been proving a challenge to this industry as a whole, thankfully we are a resilient outfit with the best people at the helm.

Pros

It is a decent place to work with a steady environment and meaningful day-to-day responsibilities. Overall, it's not a bad company to be a part of if you are looking for stability and purpose in your tasks.

Cons

The internal culture is highly political, and professional advancement often depends more on favoritism than merit. You frequently have to play corporate games and kiss up to management just to get ahead or be noticed.
