Dealing with many different personalities understaffing you will always be understaffed no real promotion potential. Branch manager is pretty much the ceiling Sale sale sale...clean Clean clean...sale Sale ..that is the job description..and lots of meaningless paper work. for the shear amount of hours and physical work the pay is miniscule...yes you can increase your pay by selling..but to do that u need cars to rent (i know you would expect a car renting business to always have cars, not the case)and staffing to keep you in the office not the garage. Once you leave this company ( you will leave) the only skills you will have mastered are cleaning cars and selling invisible in tangible products..that is all.
