Pros
-Surveying keeps you on your feet for 4 months, all day every day -Hetek gives you a car and gas to use for the summer -Hetek pays for motel and 40 bucks worth of food allowance whenever working far from home - Job has a great adventure aspect to it, you'll walk through many fields, farms and towns that you would have never been to before.
Cons
-Scummy business practice will find reasons not to pay employees fairly, made below minimum wage for most of the summer -Expect you to work overtime and walk at a superhuman pace to make a mediocre salary -Management and even the CEO will disrespect you and accuse you of being lazy for not meeting quotas. -Unrealistic expectations that fails to take into account human needs and unexpected delays - Hetek promises to pay for driving over an hour from home but will not follow through. -Hetek will not top up employees to minimum wage if quotas are not met, therefore there are days which you may work 10 hours but only be paid for 2 of them.
