Pros
There are genuinely good people throughout the company who care about helping clients and supporting one another. The work itself can be meaningful, and you’ll gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
Cons
Compensation is the biggest issue. Incentive and bonus structures changed in ways that reduced employees’ earning potential and undermined trust. It became difficult to feel motivated when compensation could change after work had already been completed. The office is frequently short-staffed, leaving employees to absorb additional responsibilities without meaningful increases in support or pay. Morale has declined, turnover is high, and employees who consistently go above and beyond often receive little recognition. Leadership lacks consistency and transparency. Communication is poor, expectations change frequently, and many employees no longer feel comfortable offering honest feedback or disagreeing with decisions because of the culture it creates.
