Great career advancement in a fun environment
Pros
Ability for career advancement is huge. I started working as the file clerk/courier and I’m now working as a legal assistant. I also see the potential for future advancement shown in examples from my colleagues. All you need do is put in the time and effort. I also believe the company fosters a fun working environment that doesn’t feel overly stifling. I can honestly say that if there is an issue there is someone you can go and talk to about it.
Cons
The workload can be a lot if you’re not willing to buckle down and put in some effort. And the company has had high turnover lately which has led to a bit of a transition period, but it is being well managed by the partners and other senior members of the company. The pay could also be a little better for the entry level positions of the company.
