Pros
- They offer a brand new company car for personal use (will get changed every 3 years with a new one) - Company mobile (personal use as well) - Quarterly bonuses + 1 big bonus at the end of the year (based on company performance) - Very proficient atmosphere, if you have any problems your colleagues are at one phone call away and the chances are very high to find somebody that can help you - Little to no stress if you know your job - Flexible company
Cons
- Quite a lot of travelling (that's if you consider that a con) - You need to know you're job quite well and be passionate about it, also be willing to learn new things, if not, this is not the place for you (at least in the applications dept.)
