Pros
Easy to get it if you are from the oil and gas industry. Competitive packages - with allowances and bonuses - on par with market. The KL office is very close to public transports and eateries. Free gym facilities. Open concept office which means no privacy. Work life balance.
Cons
Immature and childish management. Too much favoritism, if they like you as a person, they will support you even though you have made mistake. Once you fallen from grace, there is nothing you can do to turn around Boring job scope. No proper training provided. No career progression. Extremely high turnover - thus the major hiring Toxic environment - which will give you unnecessary stress
